Recently, a low-level light therapy (LLLT) or laser treatment for hair loss claimed to have a 100% success rate. New Beauty Magazine reached out to Dr. Wesley soliciting his opinion on this bold claim.

While LLLT was first demonstrated to stimulate hair growth in mice about 50 years ago, this form of treatment has gained popularity due to the FDA’s clearance (not approval) of the device as well as an increase in marketing.
