A 37-year-old male swimmer was frustrated by the progressive thinning of his hair each time he exited the pool. He underwent a hair restoration surgery session to the frontal third and to the mid scalp with Dr. Carlos K. Wesley in which a total of 4020 grafts were added to increase his hair density.
